Director of Private Equity
Ashley Investment Group is a real estate investment company in Fayetteville,NC. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill our Director of Private Equity in multiple markets in the Southeast region of the United States. We focus primarily on the acquisition, operation and disposition of manufactured home communities.
Scope of Work:
The primary responsibility of the Director of Private Equity is to support the fundraising and communications functions of the Company. Functions include:
Research, identify, cultivate and solicit funding sources – primarily individuals and venture capital.
Work to research funding prospects and opportunities, engage in prospect cultivation, present proposals, and maintain a calendar of funding opportunities.
Research and communicate with Company staff to identify funding opportunities for current programs;
Research and identify funding opportunities to match Company and client objectives;
Implement and maintain a calendar of funding activities;
Solicit individuals and organizations to attend Company events;
Experience & Qualifications:
Must be extremely organized and able to multitask
Must be motivated and innovative and willing to explore new ways to enhance a process
Must be a self-starter, proactive
Able to be assertive/persistent when necessary
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong follow-through/finisher
