Ashley Investment Group, LLC is focused primarily on stable, income producing multifamily (apartment buildings) opportunities in emerging markets located in the Southeastern region of the United States. We target asstes with strong upside potential as well as distressed properties in need of major cosmetic (not structural) rehabilitation. We target properties with high yield passive cash flow and long term capital appreciation. A typical investment is between 30-100 apartment units and has a purchase price of between $2 million and $5 million. Our strategy is to capitalize on opportunities created by the current recession. Although there is always a good market in different parts of the country to invest in apartment buildings, the current economic climate has created an abundance of opportunities to own stabilized multifamily assets in all types of markets with both income and capital gain potential.
